Shipping & Insurance Policy
All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking numbers. Once USPS takes possession of the package, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged, you must report it immediately to USPS.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS immediately and file a missing package claim at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Address Accuracy
Make sure the address you have provided is the correct address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If the package is sent back to us and we are able to send it to the correct address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier, and while we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, packages typically arrive in 5-7 business days with standard shipping after processing time. All orders ship from Texas.
Shipping Rates
All rates vary on the carrier and may increase or decrease without notice. However, whatever rate you were charged initially on your invoice will be the rate for that specific order.
