Refund policy
Jewelry, handbags, bag charms, and other accessories are non-refundable. ALL SALES FINAL.
Apparel must be returned no later than 15 days from the date received. Items must have not been worn nor washed and the tag must still be intact to receive a refund. Refunds at the moment are only issued as store credit. The customer will receive a credit code to be used at their next check out. Credit will be valid up to 1 year from the issue date. We do NOT offer exchanges.
Please note that items must be received back to our store no later than the 15 days you received your purchase. Please keep this in mind as transit time could take up to 5 to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping. The customer will also be responsible for the item on the way back to the shop, therefore please use a tracking service for updates on the returned item(s).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
